- Supplier form: company status, full name, job title (optional), company, website (optional), email address, phone number (optional), country, product categories, brands and products offered, additional information (optional).

We do not ask for any sensitive data: please do not include any in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your request (quotation, supplier proposal, question): your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); then, if a business relationship is entered into, the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Only the E.S.T staff responsible for handling your request have access to your data. Our technical service providers access it only to the extent necessary for their tasks: the website hosting provider (OVH SAS) and our email service provider, OVH SAS (Roubaix, France).
To prepare a quotation, we may pass on information about the request (products, quantities, country of destination) to our suppliers, but never your contact details.

The website is hosted by OVH SAS; its server is located in France (European Union). The messages sent through the forms are forwarded by email to the E.S.T mailbox (OVH SAS).
6. Retention periods

7. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set any cookies: no audience measurement, no advertising, no social networks. It does not use any third-party service; typefaces, images and scripts are served from europ-service.com. No consent banner is therefore required.
The only exception is a technical one: when you send a form, a copy of what you have entered is kept in your browser (session storage) so that it can be restored if sending fails. It is never transmitted, it is deleted after successful sending and disappears when the tab is closed.
8. Security
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), security headers, checks on the data received, protection against automated submissions, and access to messages restricted to authorised persons.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing and to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing already carried out, and set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@europ-service.fr or by post to 11 rue Primo Levi, 75013 Paris, France. We will reply within one month. If there is reasonable doubt about your identity, we may ask you for proof of identity.
