Services

From sourcing in Europe to the loaded container

We handle the entire supply chain: finding suppliers, quotations, negotiation, logistics, documents and secure payment.

Sourcing and purchasing

For each item, we look for reliable sources of supply in Europe: manufacturers and their export departments, central purchasing organisations and export subsidiaries, and distributors authorised by the brands.

  • Scope: European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
  • Status check for every supplier: trade register, VAT number, written proof of authorised distribution
  • Preference for regular supply, for repeat orders
  • No purchases from any source whose origin cannot be established

Comparative quotations

You receive a clear quotation, based on several offers compared on a like-for-like basis.

  • Price per unit and per carton, in euros, excluding taxes
  • Incoterm stated: EXW, FCA, CFR or CIF (Incoterms® 2020)
  • Packing, minimum order quantity and whether mixed pallets are possible
  • Remaining shelf life, preparation lead time and offer validity

Negotiation

We negotiate prices, volumes and terms on your behalf, with a view to lasting relationships with suppliers.

  • Prices by volume tier, for a one-off order or a regular programme
  • Payment terms and price validity
  • Composition of mixed pallets
  • Written commitments on shelf life, batches and documents

Consolidation and export logistics

We arrange the consolidation of the goods and their shipment by sea, with freight forwarders and carriers selected for each operation.

  • 20ft and 40ft containers, full or with mixed pallets
  • Refrigerated containers (reefers) for chocolate, dairy products and heat-sensitive products
  • Goods from several suppliers consolidated in the same container
  • Sea freight booked to the port of destination and quoted separately

Document compliance

Every shipment leaves with a complete set of documents, checked before departure.

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin and EUR.1 movement certificate, when the goods meet the rules of preferential origin
  • Health certificate or certificate of free sale
  • Halal certificate, when required for the product
  • Cosmetics: compliance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, CPNP notification, safety data sheets
  • Technical data sheets, EAN codes and customs codes (HS)
  • Bill of lading and transport documents

Pre-loading inspection

Before the container is sealed, the goods are checked and the loading is documented.

  • Batch numbers and dates recorded pallet by pallet, and sent before shipment
  • Checks on quantities, items and packaging condition
  • Photos of the loading
  • Inspection by an independent body, on request
  • Temperature record for refrigerated containers

Secure payment

Payment terms are set in writing before any order. For large amounts, we recommend a documentary credit, which protects the buyer and the seller alike.

  • Irrevocable documentary credit (letter of credit), confirmed if necessary
  • Payment against documents (documentary collection)
  • Bank transfer according to a payment schedule agreed in writing
  • For your security, always confirm by phone any change of bank details announced by email
